Eagle Facts operates a text message subscription service that sends one eagle fact per day to subscribers.

2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run the subscription:
- Your mobile phone number, which you provide by texting our service number;
- The messages you send us, such as the keywords EAGLE ME, STOP, and HELP;
- Subscription details, such as the date you subscribed and whether you are currently subscribed.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver your daily eagle fact messages;
- Manage your subscription, including signing you up when you text EAGLE ME and removing you when you text STOP;
- Respond when you text HELP;
- Operate, maintain, and comply with legal and carrier requirements for the messaging program.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only with the messaging providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging platform provider) as needed to operate the service, and when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep your phone number while you are subscribed. When you text STOP, we remove your number from the subscriber list and stop sending messages.
